Responsibilities
Provide technical support for desktop and hardware-related issues
Responsible for installing, upgrading, supporting, and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and other equipment
Responsible for inventory management and performing general preventative maintenance tasks on computers
Respond to technical issues and reporting to NOC Team
Install and configure hardware and software on desktops, laptops, and printers
Perform maintenance tasks such as updating software, cleaning computers, and performing system checks
Conduct inventory checks of all computer hardware and software
Generate reports on hardware and software usage
Conduct security checks and ensuring systems are up-to-date
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science or a related specialization + Technical Diploma
Minimum 2 years of experience in Desktop Field Engineering
Should be comfortable for fieldwork
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to solve problems quickly, basic Network troubleshooting
Desktop / Laptop repair and maintenance / LAN Configuration / Hardware and Network Knowledge
Good command in the English language
