Role Description

As a Viptela SDWAN professional, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to managing, configuring, and optimizing the Viptela SDWAN solution to ensure network performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience with Viptela SDWAN technology
• Proficiency in networking concepts and configurations
• Strong troubleshooting skills for network issues
• Certifications in networking or related fields are a plus
• Prepare bootstrap configuration and configuration templates for SDWAN site migration from legacy network
• Prepare high-level and low-level design documents including detailed visio diagram
• Support migration activities and prepare migration related documentations along with user acceptance test document for operational handover
• Create change request and follow CAB process for required approvals
• Understand the routing paths, multiple TLOCs including TLOC extension, SDWAN centralized policy, SDWAN controllers and cEdge communication designs in Lab and in production fabric
• Understand and ability to adapt to modern network architectures, implementations, and changes as necessary
• Ability to work on client environment during client time zone (US business hours)
