Roles & Responsibility: The IT Asset management service will maintain the IT assets for site and FIPL IT infrastructure to cover desktops, laptops, workstations, printers, projectors, IPAD, IP Phones and Video equipment’s. • Maintain hardware asset database by recording information like configuration details, serial number, asset code, details of warranty and AMC • Maintain Software asset database by recording information of the license, license expiry, vendor, project allocated, start date and end date of project etc. • Provide Request Fulfilment support for Asset Provisioning; take Material delivery; Invoice Handling; Material Storage, etc • Follow regulatory compliance for assets storage in client site or transiting to other locations. • Record all asset related transactions to a store room register for tracking and control. • Record all installation of new machines, movement within site/locations, changes in configuration of machines. • Conduct audits on hardware assets and software assets (including licenses) and report findings(100% coverage of equipment’s) once in three months. • Support off-board / on-board processes. • Maintain asset register up-to-date. • Support Asset Disposal, Donation and Asset Maintenance Initiatives • Support Audit & Security Control activities. • Prepare, track and follow gate pass process. • Support preventive maintenance by coordinating with vendors as and when required • Create and maintain Knowledge Documents • Support with Metrics efforts. • Maintain corporate SIM and data card connections. Validate monthly billing and support related user request • Validating invoices related to procurement and services. Sending it to payment processing team. • Asset Engineer should follow the Shift handover report which is already in place. Day end report should be prepared. • Support physical verification of asset inventory at an agreed frequency. • Conduct Half Yearly/ Yearly physical asset verification • Flexible on the changing business conditions or asset management process. • Proactive monitoring of service situation, provide suggestions and continuous improvements on process or methods handled.
