We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused L1 Support Engineer to provide first-level technical support to end-users. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, good communication abilities, and a basic understanding of IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for all IT-related issues via phone, email, or ticketing system. Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, and network problems. Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams as per the escalation matrix. Log all incidents, requests, and resolutions in the ticketing tool. Assist users with password resets, account access, and software installations. Provide remote and onsite support to ensure minimal downtime. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for troubleshooting and documentation. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication.

Skill & Experience

Preferred Skills ITIL Foundation certification is an advantage. Basic understanding of Active Directory, VPN, and remote desktop tools. Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving mindset. Requirements Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 0–2 years of experience in IT Support / Service Desk / Technical Helpdesk. Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux OS, MS Office, email clients, and networking fundamentals. Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy) is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in shifts (24/7 environment, if required).
